Road’s Eye™ (“App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use the App. By using Road’s Eye™, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Road’s Eye™ is designed to function entirely offline. We do not collect, store, transmit, or access any personal data or user content. Specifically:
We do not collect your name, email, or contact details.
We do not track or store your device data or identifiers.
We do not access or transmit location data.
We do not collect or analyze usage patterns or crash diagnostics.
All video and audio recordings are stored locally on your device and remain fully under your control.
We do not have access to your recordings or device data unless you explicitly choose to share them (e.g., by sending us an email or sharing files).
All content created within the App—including videos, audio, GPS metadata, and settings—is stored only on your device. You control whether and how this data is shared or deleted.
If you choose to back up or export recordings using third-party services (e.g., iCloud, Google Drive), their policies will govern the handling of that data.
Since we do not collect any user data, we do not share, sell, rent, or disclose any data to third parties for any reason.
Road’s Eye™ is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. As we do not collect any data, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian believes that their child has provided us with data, they may contact us to request deletion—but no data is stored or accessible to begin with.
We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, safety, or reliability of the App. Your use of the App and any resulting recordings is solely at your own risk.
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are solely responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding video and audio recording.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or from any content recorded with it.
We are not responsible for any data loss, unauthorized access, or damage to your device.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We reserve the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes means you accept those changes. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revisions.
